It's been a really LONG time...

It's been a really long time that i never post anything to my blog...
Since I'm so busy and don't have any internet connection in the house...
So many things happen in this two years...
Really so many...
Wish that i can grown up faster in the next few years...
I know that i couldn't always be so childish... i had to grown up!!!!!

today morning after english class, me, kelvin, yian and sookwan go cafe eat mammam...
then kelvin and yian accompany me to bank...
After that me and Yian go donate blood...
The needle so sharp... T.T I almost cry leh...
And i hold Yian's hand till very tight...
hehe... Sorry oh Yian...
After that we go Mei Yien house...
Actually i know what happen already de...
Lol...
After i came back from bank, Gary take out cake...
hehe... Thanks all my dear classmates...
Then i have a bag as a present...

I really like that bag...
I know the bag is not cheap de... Right leh??
Anyway, Thanks again for celebrating my 18th birthday with me...
Ireally happy...... ^.^v

dessert... ^.^

Today is my birthday oh... lol...
today at kitchen Gary & Nickson keep bully me... T.T
lol.. no la... i know they very good to me de...
They just want to play with me only...
our dessert is "Ma Lai Gou" oh...
we beat the eggs... add sugar... flour... baking powder... margarine...(NOT BUTTER!!) wahaha... and little bit of vanilla essence...
then we go steam it...
so nice to see, so nice to smell, so nice to eat...
lol...
but, we forget to add sunflower seed... Haiz....
Never mind lo, it is tasty also ma...
hehe...

main course~

Fish & Chips

Seafood cream with Pasta


Well, today we are cooking main course le.. Feel stress lo... hmm..
is fish & chips and seafood cream with pasta lo..
so yummy leh...
we marinade the dory fillet and then only get it out from the chiller...
then we deep-fry it...
WOW!!
so... MAMMA MIA~~~~!!
lol... crazy liao...
then we garnish the fish with french fries, coleslaw and a wedges of lime...
OMG.. So tasty.......
next, we have a seafood cream with pasta...
got clam, prawn, sotong and dont know... lol...
because im not cooking that ma...
I dont know the marks le...
wish to get better marks lo...

today, 13 november, im the chef of the day...
my group are all entremetier...
we have to do a FRENCH ONION SOUP, CHICKEN BROTH, and bla bla bla~~

i did a BAD JOB...

haha..
yesterday we do chicken stock, brown stock, mayonnaise, tartar sauce, thousand island dressing and vinaigrette...
you know why i put the word thousand island dressing as the largest font??
lol...
because i make it ma..
hehe...
i boil the chicken stock and removing the scum...
then chef mak let us go break..
after break we come back then we start to do the sauces..
me and a girl doing thousand island dressing,
another two person doing vinaigrette,
and left the b****r do the tartar sauce...
wa...
my thousand island dressing so so so nice...
yummy...
so happy can make such a good sauces at my first time..
so happy le..

today's cooking class~

lol...
having this class is exciting actually...
but... our chef Mak brief us on introduction to kitchen operations, kitchen hygiene and sanitation for half an hour liao......
oh my god!! i nearly sleep!!
later chef Mak let us go eat mam mam...
after eat we go back and he start briefing us on the kitchen equipment and utensils...
i want to be in Garde Manger!! because there only need to prepare cold food such as salad, sandwiches and so on... lol...
after chef Mak show us how to cut the foods, then we start practicing our cutting techniques..
and then we get our carrot, spinach, onion and garlic....
then we start cutting...
the stupid b****r that stand beside me stole my spinach that has been chopped!! what the...
then i go get it back from him... d**n stupid...
so happy that i saw my marks are high... lol...
